Top Management of Will's Wall and Ceiling Ltd. has identified the following quality objectives for all projects:

• To deliver a finished product on time and on budget, in accordance with the drawings and specifications, that exceeds all quality expectations.

• To implement and improve on, throughout the project, all procedures, policies, and systems contained in this quality manual.

• To, at project completion, and throughout the project, provide the owner with complete satisfaction and confidence in our services.

WWC's Quality Policy and Quality objectives form the mission of WWC.  It is essential that WWC employees find value in these goals and take it upon themselves to execute the current QM while pushing for continual improvement.
